FashionBay is a Hyderabad-based seller of watches, bags and eyewear. We started as a single physical shop in Puranapool, and we still run it — which is the whole reason you can trust what you see on this website.
A watch is the one accessory people actually look at twice. It is also the accessory people are most nervous to buy online, because a photograph can hide a scratched case, a dull dial, or a bracelet that has already been stretched. We built FashionBay around that specific worry.
What we sell
- Watches — everyday and dress pieces, chronographs, rugged outdoor and mechanical-inspired designs, in the ₹1,000–₹15,000 range that our customers actually buy.
- Bags — handbags, sling bags, backpacks and travel bags that pair with the watches.
- Eyewear — sunglasses and frames.
Every listing is a real, in-stock item photographed from our own shelf. If something is not in our hands, it is not on this website.

If you cannot visit us
Most of our customers are not in Hyderabad. So we do the next best thing: a live video call. Tell us which piece you are considering, we pick it up on camera, and you watch us turn it over, show you the dial, the caseback, the strap and the clasps, and answer whatever you ask. You are looking at the exact unit that will be packed for you.
Our position on returns
We do not offer change-of-mind returns. That is a deliberate choice, not an oversight — it is what lets us keep prices low and lets us sell each piece exactly once, to somebody who has actually seen it. In exchange, we put the product in front of you before you buy: in the shop, or on a video call.
If your parcel arrives damaged, that is a different matter and we will replace it. Full detail on the Returns & Refunds page.

- Authenticity. We buy from authorised trade channels. We do not sell replicas and we do not use “first copy” language to blur the line.
