Repairs and servicing

We help with battery replacement, bracelet resizing and servicing. Send us the model and a short description of the issue and we will tell you the likely cost and turnaround before you commit to anything.

Something wrong with your order?

Start with the Returns & Refunds page if your parcel arrived damaged — the unboxing video requirement is explained there. If you are unhappy with how a claim has been handled, escalate it through Grievance Redressal.
